MYASA Network Solutions operates Letter Pro, a SaaS platform for preparing company letters, managing letterhead assets, and generating AI-assisted drafts.

We may collect company name, user name, email address, uploaded company assets, letter content, usage records, payment status, and technical information needed to operate the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the Letter Pro service, authenticate users, save company assets and letters, generate AI-assisted drafts, process payments, maintain usage limits, and provide support.

Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store card, UPI, or netbanking credentials on Letter Pro servers.

AI Drafting

When a user requests an AI draft, relevant prompt details may be sent securely to our AI service provider to generate the requested content.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and access-control measures to protect customer data. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
