Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of a paid subscription by contacting support. Cancellation requests will stop future access/renewal as applicable to the current plan terms.

Refunds

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are generally not applicable after substantial usage of the paid plan, unless required by law or approved by MYASA Network Solutions.

Duplicate or Failed Payments

If a duplicate payment is charged or a payment succeeds without plan activation, contact support with the Razorpay payment ID. Verified duplicate/failed cases will be corrected or refunded as applicable.
