By using Letter Pro, you agree to these terms. Letter Pro is provided by MYASA Network Solutions for business letter drafting, company asset management, and related communication workflows.

Use of Service

Users must use Letter Pro only for lawful business purposes. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of all generated or drafted letter content before use.

Company Accounts

Each company account is responsible for its users, uploaded assets, saved letters, and account activity.

AI Content

AI-assisted drafts are provided as drafting support. Final review, approval, printing, and dispatch remain the responsibility of the user and company.

Payments and Plans

Paid plans provide usage limits as shown on the pricing page or inside the application. Plan access is activated after successful payment verification.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYASA Network Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
